Refund Policy
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Please note that original delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable for customer-initiated returns and will be deducted from the refund amount. Applicable return shipping charges may also be deducted.
Opened, sprayed, tested, or used perfumes are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrectly delivered products.
